A New Year's Goal

Running a household with six growing kids requires constant creativity and flexibility, especially in the kitchen.  My husband's decision to start his own business this year, pushed me into this blog to categorically detail the changes I will be making in the kitchen to suit the decline in our income and how it will affect the quality and taste of food that our family eats.  I accept the challenge and hope to learn together how to make our food taste better and cost less.
